I have started a company and am looking for a software engineering or software project manager entrepreneur type person to partner with for an equity share. . .
The company’s focus is to create web based applications that:
o Add tremendous value to a user upon first use
o Continue to grow and add additional value as data / information is added and used
o Basic level is “FREE” for a user
o Fee based level offer’s additional features paid by the user
o Advertiser’s level offers a great lead generation source and is paid by the advertiser
I have four software development project’s being laid out currently.
A non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement “must” be signed to receive more information.
I am looking:
o For a software engineer as a long-term partner, that will work to develop our plan & products and help round out our management team for an equity share
o To develop a “project scope statement” & product plan following an Agile SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) like method for each project or combining if that makes sense
o For a skilled Project Manager
o To create a “TEAM” that:
Will work to define and meet business requirements
Will deliver quality work and maintain our schedule
Will deliver work within our budget
Will deliver the expected business value and ROI
o For the above mentioned individuals to work for 90 days to discuss project strategy, produce a project scope statement and then a high level project plan estimate and create the needed landing pages to test/validate our offerings. NO WAGES WILL BE PAID DURING THIS TIME, until funded. Different compensation options can be discussed, after being funded, dealing with deferring wages, stock options and when to come on as a salaried employee with benefits, if predefined goals have been met.
o For Angel funding
